Brief

Yoma Central needed to establish itself as the leading real estate development in Yangon by creating a website that truly reflected its brand: modern, luxurious, connected and welcoming to all. Synapse Original was tasked with each and every stage of bringing this project to life. From identifying the client's goals to building a sitemap and wireframe, from creating SEO content to testing the UX. The biggest challenge would be to represent the vision of the development while incorporate all of its major entities: two premium hotels, private residences, office and high-end retail space.

Description

The construction project of the century is finally complete! We've completed a brand new website for Yoma Central, working from the foundations up. The aim of the site was to give some digital real estate to one of SE Asia's largest development projects; a US$700 million investment set to transform a 10-acre downtown site at the heart of the central business district before the end of 2022. The website covers all key entities in the project: The Peninsula Residences, The Peninsula Yangon Hotel, Westin Hotel and two office towers, connected at ground level by a five-storey mall with its own luxury supermarket, retail, dining and lifestyle experiences. Working in partnership with our web development team at Copperbrains, we designed interactive graphics, virtual walkthroughs, 3D stacking plans and new lead video to bring the project to life.
